What you need to feel good, whole and together, may be closer to your reach than you think. You may not need to go to the pharmacy, juice your veggies or climb the mountain. Our bodies, an intricate, and most intelligent system of energy, links and flow, is with us here and now.


Its here. There with you. All you need to feel calm and grounded. Your breath. An activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. The one that balances the “stress” system. Releasing the hormones that you need to slower your heart rate, stress hormones and help activate the sense of balance. Try it. Breathe in deeply. Follow the breath. Deeply. Hold for a second. Breathe out. Try it for minute. Let your thoughts float by. Sense the calm.


Not only does this physiologically change the hormones and chemistry of the body, but it also anchors you into the present moment. Away from the mindless chatter that’s in your brain, and slap bang into the “NOW”. Its all you have. Look around, and feel, sense, hear taste whats here and now!


This may prove challenging, as you are pulled back into your “old way”. Just give it a try – and experience the power, alchemy and infinite wisdom that rests within!
