Organisational Wellbeing
Wellbeing does not happen in isolation
How people function at work is influenced by more than individual habits or resilience. Leadership, culture, relationships, workload, ways of working and the wider organisational environment all play a role.
My work in organisational wellbeing brings together medicine, neuroscience, behaviour change, coaching and mindfulness with my own experience of ten years in senior corporate leadership.
This allows me to work at the intersection of individual wellbeing and the organisational environment — helping organisations move beyond wellbeing as a collection of initiatives towards conversations and interventions that are relevant to how people actually live, lead and work.
How I work with organisations
I partner with organisations to design and deliver wellbeing initiatives that are evidence-informed, relevant and grounded in the realities of working life.
Wellbeing Programmes & Strategy
Advisory and programme design to help organisations develop a more thoughtful and integrated approach to employee wellbeing.
Workshops & Facilitation
Interactive sessions that translate the science of wellbeing, behaviour and performance into practical conversations and tools people can use.
Leadership Wellbeing
Working with leaders and leadership teams to explore the relationship between wellbeing, self-awareness, behaviour, performance and the environments they create for others.
Women’s Health & Menopause at Work
Evidence-informed education and workplace conversations that help organisations better understand and support women through midlife and menopause.
Programmes can be designed as stand-alone interventions or as part of a broader organisational wellbeing strategy.
