Women’s Health
Clinical care that sees the whole woman
Women’s health is often approached as a collection of symptoms, systems or life stages. My approach begins with the understanding that these rarely exist in isolation.
I work with women to understand what may be driving changes in how they feel and function, looking at hormonal health alongside metabolic, cardiovascular, cognitive and emotional health, sleep, nutrition, movement and the wider context of their lives.
My clinical work has a particular focus on midlife and menopause, but it is not limited to menopause. The aim is to understand the individual woman in front of me, identify what matters for her health now and consider what may influence her health in the years ahead.
Understand your health. Know your options. Make informed choices.
How I Can Help
