We explore your current medical concerns. We look at comprehensive past medical and family history and inventory including basic biometrics and bloods that you may have done.
This is a combination of self reflected questionnaires before and during the session including readiness to change, sleep, diet and exercise inventory.

3 x 90 minute sessions
We explore your health with respect to your your being, body and behaviour. We create awareness of what’s currently happening in these areas, identify what possible causes could be, what your goals are and what strategies for change may work for you.
Where appropriate we will look at nutraceuticals, conventional treatment and other modalities like mindfulness and gene testing.
ONE TIME FEE
6 X 90 min sessions
In this series of sessions we add onto the Personal Journey. We look at deep dives into sleep, exercise, mindfulness and diet. These sessions are a blend of health education, mentorship and coaching.
Change is a process and not an event, and successful change requires support, so together we work on a plan that can stick, one step at a time.
We will work on habit tracking and accountability, including what enables and derails your goals.

Building Personal Resilience – manage stress and perform at your peak
COVID-19 has unleashed on us all an unimaginable level of uncertainty – in every sphere of life. Challenge, and change often results in stress and energy drain, impacting how we relate to ourselves, the world and our work. How are you coping and managing these times? Chronic stress and fear can result in decreased capacity, fatigue and lowered effectiveness, sometimes chronic depression and anxiety. Often we think “relaxing” is a way of filling us with increased capacity and energy. While this may work, it is not a way of a sustainable way to manage life – in order to show up, as much as possible, as the best versions of ourselves – focused and performing at our best.
Resilience is the capacity to prepare for, recover from and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity. There is a way that we can be emotionally flexible and recover from whatever life may throw at us. A way of managing physical, emotional and mental resilience in an intelligent energy management way.
Using biofeedback technology, nervous system regulation and cognitive techniques, I can work with you so that you build capacity, replenish energy drain and become more at cause over your life and environment.

That in itself is scary – it implies that we are continuously hardwiring the same patterns of belief and behavior in our minds, and therefore is what makes changing ourselves really difficult. We have to physically use our minds to change our brains.

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention, on purpose, in a particular way, and without judgment. It is a sustained integrative mind-body approach that helps people change the way they think and feel about their experiences. It involves paying attention to our thoughts and feelings so that we become more aware of them and less enmeshed in them and better able to manage them.
The benefits of steady practice of mindfulness can have an impact on overall health and wellbeing and quality of life. It can positively affect performance by helping manage stress and relationships, and also by improving communication through deeper presence and listening. It may also have an impact on chronic disease, and how people manage them. Neuroscience is demonstrating interesting changes in the structure of the brain as well.
